Support new product launches by counseling on product risks and providing mitigations through analyzing risks, tools and processes.
Counsel, develop and implement policies that govern how people use the growing suite of business and cross platform products.
Update and implement policies and enforcement systems.
Identify new policy development needs, write policies, and work with product, integrity and operations teams to build and refine enforcement flows as needed for features and products.
Act as the global escalation point of contact and manage internal communications for policy issues.
Provide policy guidance on issues ranging from integrity to safety to fairness to human rights.

Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Public Policy, Marketing, Legal, Business, Social Sciences or related field and 2 years of work experience in job offered or in a business-related occupation. OR employer will accept 4 years of work experience in job offered or business-related occupation. Any suitable combination of education, training and experience is acceptable. Experience must include 24 months of experience in the following:
Data analysis and integrity tools within the tech industry
Analyzing data to present business policy and process decisions
Developing policies, regulations, or standards related to Internet, social media, media content and product issues, such as advertising, paid content and content monetization, or brand safety
Experience with Internet, social media, media content or product issues
Organizational, project management and consensus-building
Managing incident response or escalations
Public or private sector with focus in applicable policy or policy enforcement areas
Working with and advising product or technical teams.
