The Product Manager will work closely with the Transformation team to support new initiatives that enhance the agency's operations and workflows.ResponsibilitiesOwn multiple Transformation project roadmaps to deliver business needs, defining project milestones, outcomes, dependencies, and risks.Manage and mentor Sr. Business Analyst and Business Analyst across Transformation product developments and new initiatives.Collaborate with external engineering partner to implement updates on system architecture for data management platform.Gather business requirements for integrating media channels to internal data management platform and translate them to system/UX logic.Analyze current-state business workflows and define opportunities for new data product features and updates.Develop a strong understanding of business operations and formulate actionable business enhancement strategies.Support Transformation Director in research and documentation of business requirements for projects.Lead cross-functional team workshops to establish definitions and decisions around business requirements.Define User Acceptance Criteria - ensure that data platform usage meets business requirements.Develop and deliver training on new Transformation product releases.Oversee the governance of data integrity within internal system.Assess common business requirements and determine ways to repurpose them across multiple projects within the business.
