About the RoleThe Strategic Verticals team is looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team as an Associate Partner Manager. You will work with Client Partners and Partner Managers to support campaign timelines and execution providing topnotch customer service. Associate Partner Managers will work cross functionally with key partners to optimize partnerships and provide maximum value for both Uber and its ad partners.What You'll Do

Assist in implementing ad campaigns. You will support Partner Manager and Client Partners by providing our partners with white-glove service to deliver campaigns that meet their objectives. This involves wearing many hats and jumping in to help your teammates.

Bring your analytical A-game. Assist on developing analyses to understand trends, provide meaningful insights, and track the impact of partner campaigns against their goals

Handle the big picture and the tiny details. You are organized, timely and ensure nothing gets missed; you are a go-getter who can help come up with new processes to contribute to existing partnerships

Partner with cross-functional teams. Be the voice of the customer and optimally navigate internal processes with partners from various teams such as Product, Marketing, Operations, Legal, Finance, etc.

Employ critical thinking and problem-solving skills to navigate relationships and difficult partner conversations

Partner with Client Partner to drive growth for accounts

Manage campaigns from IO to reporting

Interface with cross-functional teams in AdOps, Measurement, Operations, Creative to execute campaigns

Basic Qualifications

Minimum of 4 years of full-time professional experience

Experience in a digital media and/or advertising,

Experience in a client-facing role

Preferred Qualifications

Ability to read, develop, and implement media plans

Experience completing tactical digital media initiatives

Experience with project management and prioritizing many different tasks at one time

Excellent problem solving, listening, communication, and organizational skills

Speed, resourcefulness, and a go-getter mentality. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and navigating ambiguity

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferred

For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$98,000 per year - USD$109,000 per year. You will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered sales bonuses & other types of comp. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
