A FinTech SaaS company located in Midtown Manhattan is seeking a Part-Time Temporary Office Manager to support the office and can commit for at least a month. This person will play a crucial role in creating and maintaining a productive and positive work environment. You will oversee the day-to-day administrative activities, ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include managing office facilities, meeting and greeting visitors, ordering snacks, coordinating interview rooms, and maintaining the conference room schedule. This role requires a proactive, organized individual with a knack for multitasking and a keen eye for detail.
