- Primary: Server / Application Support; Linux / Unix Admin; Ticketing & Documentation systems (i.e. Jira, Confluence); Analytical; Communication Skills
- Secondary: Kubernetes; Docker & Containerization; Monitoring (i.e. Grafana); Querying; Microservices; Network troubleshooting
- Day to Day responsibilities: Deploy software on servers, daily operational support of systems, monitoring, respond to incidents, apply configuration changes to apps and servers, operate and maintain production systems.
- Interview Process: 1 - 2 client interviews
