JOB DUTIES:This person will work alongside managers on the team to develop activation plans for our CSR and DEI efforts.

We are looking for a passionate marketing professional who can help us drive awareness of our responsible business programs! This person will be responsible for understanding new programmatic initiatives and partnering with cross functional teams to develop marketing activation plans across channels including PR, communications, creative, .com, digital marketing. The role is responsible for developing, articulating, and and showcasing every aspect of our marketing activation plans . This marketing professional will be responsible for ensuring all aspects of the plan are activated flawlessly, and will guide our team to learn/optimize while in market! The Marketing Analyst will help us learn about and keep a pulse on the competitive landscape via weekly monitoring and quarterly reviews so our plans retain competitive advantage!
