This Finance Manager will lead the financial coverage and support for the Colleague Experience Group (CEG), driving the annual financial planning & forecasting processes, supporting ongoing reviews & communication of monthly financial results, and providing financial analyses to help drive business decisions. This role will have high exposure to the CEG business partners, including the CEG Executive Office and other finance groups.The Finance Manager will also play a critical role in refining CEG’s investments and overall strategy, enabling effective trade-offs, decisioning that further enables the Enterprise. The Finance Manager should be a dynamic individual who can communicate effectively with business and finance partners, drive key financial processes, deliver strong analytics, and manage complex tasks in a global organization. The role may also evolve to support other areas of the Enterprise.Key responsibilities include:Driving the annual planning processes (Long Range and Annual Plan) for CEG by liaising with business partners to build plans that meet strategic business objectives

Provide proactive and insightful financial support to partners & leaders on a variety of business decisions, and ongoing processes like month end and risks & opportunities

Partner closely with CEG partners to build and clearly articulate investment plans that optimize the organization’s vision and strategy

Effectively communicate with Enterprise Functions and Corporate Planning & Analysis Teams on results, forecasts, investments, and overall financial planning processes.

Drive cost benefit analyses to support decision making and investment optimization.

Acting as an Ambassador for Finance, encouraging and supporting the use of Finance tools and capabilities

Maintain and improve key financial processes, data repositories, and systems

QualificationsBachelor’s degree required – Finance or related field preferred

Minimum 4 years experience in Finance-related roles

Strong communication skills: ability to adapt messages to different audiences and simplify financial concepts to non-technical audiences.

Builds and leverages relationships, using a strong network of partnerships across the organization to drive deliverables to closure. Brings partners along the journey

Ability to concisely and clearly articulate financial concepts to multiple audiences

Demonstrates critical thinking skills, including providing proactive thought leadership, challenging status quo, and breaking down/solving problems

Plans for medium and long term; is organized and proactive about his/her work and deliverables, sets and communicates timelines to the team and partners

Influences respectfully beyond direct authority and across band levels to drive results
