Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing strategies across Search, Social, and Display advertising to drive brand awareness, solution awareness, demand generation and lead generation

Lead a team of marketers in the day-to-day execution and optimization of digital campaigns, ensuring alignment with performance goals (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROI) across all channels

Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to align campaign messaging and visuals with overall brand strategy and objectives for each channel

Analyze campaign performance data to provide actionable insights; identify opportunities for repeating successful tactics and optimizing underperforming areas

Stay updated on digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry best practices to ensure KPMG remains competitive in the rapidly evolving digital landscape

Manage vendor relationships, including agencies and platform partners (Google, LinkedIn, and more), ensuring alignment with budget, timelines, and performance goals

Qualifications:

Minimum five years of recent experience in digital marketing with a focus on Search, Social, and Display advertising, including hands-on campaign management

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in digital marketing

Expertise in managing advertising platforms such as Google Ads, and programmatic display platforms, with proven experience in optimizing for performance

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data from platforms like Google Analytics, ad dashboards, and other marketing analytics tools to inform decision-making

Experience in A/B testing, audience segmentation, and budget allocation strategies to drive the highest possible return on investment across all digital channels

Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
