We hope you’re a numbers whiz and know how to bring data to life through a compelling story.ResponsibilitiesThe Analytics Manager will be responsible for being the day-to-day owner of deliverables with support from their Director and Associate Director. This includes fostering both internal and external relationships and being the go-to point of contact for this brand. This role requires a solid understanding of media performance measurement and comfort with data storytelling and the ability to successfully present reporting to both internal and client teams.Additionally, Managers oversee other Analysts who own reporting on the brand and must be comfortable supporting across multiple lines of business. They also will drive impact across the portfolio by acting as project owner and using their knowledge of data visualization tools to foster the development of our ETL to provide innovative deliverables to our clients.Qualifications
B.A. or B.S., preferably in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Marketing/Advertising or related field
3+ years of experience working with large data sets or conducting quantitative analysis
Agency experience highly preferred
Knowledge of Digital Media, Marketing/Advertising industries highly preferred
Knowledge of Python, R programming languages highly preferred
Experience working with relational databases, SQL
Strong communication skills
Ability to speak and write professionally
Ability and comfort with presenting work by phone or within small groups
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to service clients, partners and internal stakeholders by understanding needs, translating those needs into creative solutions, and delivering on those solutions with diligence and a sense of urgency
Knowledge of digital media metrics (Impressions, Clicks, CTR, CPM, etc.).
Knowledge of visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI
Advanced Excel skills (ability to work with macros, advanced formulas, pivot tables)
