Req Number 143480We are looking for a Logistics and Inventory Coordinator for our Client, a scientific manufacturer company located in the Bronx.This is a full-time hybrid role with the flexibility of some remote work on Fridays.At this role you will be managing logistics and inventory, ensuring smooth supply chain operations from scheduling to delivery.The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or higher in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field and at least three years of experience in a logistics coordination role.Duties & Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Serve as main contact for trading partners, ensuring excellent service and prompt issue resolution.

Coordinate logistics, including shipments, on-time deliveries, and inventory.

Manage inventory levels at 3PL and customer warehouses for accuracy and timely shipments.

Oversee logistics finance tasks: accounts payable, collections, and invoicing.

Work with manufacturing and transport teams to streamline production and delivery.

Improve supply chain processes for efficiency and cost savings.
