About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Product Transformation Executive to join the Treasury Transformation Office and lead the Business Technology transformation team supporting Liquidity. This role will report directly to the Head of Treasury Transformation and have extended accountability to the Head of Liquidity Management. This Executive will lead a team spanning the liquidity analytics, liquidity reporting, and intraday liquidity management product areas. This role is accountable for leading the development and ongoing maintenance of a Liquidity business technology strategic roadmap, running the annual initiative process supporting liquidity and driving the strategic initiatives (business design and execution) supporting this space in partnership with Treasury business and Technology leadership. Manage and develop specialized teams of managers and professional individual contributors

Analyze customer and results-oriented information

Perform market research related to development and testing of services and products

Provide integration of all Product Portfolio elements and manage interdependencies

Manage Finance and Treasury-wide efforts to align and coordinate distribution channels, systems requirements, product introduction, marketing, training, and ongoing product and service management

Lead teams by making strategic decisions to resolve highly complex, unique, and critical product line issues to meet deliverables

Manage, track and report on impact metrics; provide transparency and status to Executive and Sr. Executive leadership

Interpret and develop range of new product capabilities for functions with moderate to high complexity and risk

Integrate with other strategic efforts across Finance and Wells Fargo

Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy

Collaborate with and influence stakeholders, subject matter experts, project managers, and experienced leaders

Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Product Management (strategy, planning, and execution)

Required Qualifications:

8+ years of Product Management or leadership experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

4+ years of management or leadership experience

Desired Qualifications:

8+ years transformational strategy and business technology planning/ execution experience within Treasury

4+ years of experience managing a team of direct reports, being responsible for staffing, team development, and other management related activities

Experience leading equivalent large scale transformative efforts at peer institutions and/or as a third-party advisor

Detailed experience within the Liquidity Management function; well versed in internal and external reporting, data management, analytics and solutions leveraged within a liquidity management function

Experience partnering with critical Senior Executive and Business Operations stakeholders

Experience with workforce planning, cost management, and budgeting

Demonstrated understanding and use of change management, process improvement, product development and project delivery methodologies

Outstanding problem solving and decision-making skills

Ability to develop long-term vision and strategic plans, anticipating future market changes and adapting accordingly

Proficiency in using data analytics tools to identify insights and inform decision-making

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner

Job Expectations:

Ability to travel up to 10%
