• Strong organizational skills, including the ability to respond quickly in a fast-paced environment;
• Leading initiatives where teams were comprised of onshore and offshore resources;
• 4+ years of experience in leading Development Teams
• Sr / Lead Python practitioner whose responsibilities are not only limited to coding, designing, deploying, and debugging development projects, typically on back-end side, but able to lead, train and mentor the team.
• Expertise in Air Flow is mandatory.
• Ability to train and handle Junior Python Developers.
