As a Java Trading Developer, you will work on the firm's global equities sales trading platform.

This application serves as the main sales trading application in America, Europe and Asia, supporting multiple sales desks.

This is an agile team formed of developers in the US, Europe, and India on applications and projects like the design and development of new sales trading functionality or the improvement of existing functionality and building the next generation of trading applications.

Skill Sets: Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or other analytical field 5+ years of experience working in Java/Javascript/Kotlin or other object-oriented or functional programming language Familiarity with user interface design Skilled in middleware technologies such as Kafka, Tibco or Solace, relational databases

Skills that will help you in the role: Working experience of cloud technologies including containerization and container orchestration In-depth experience with Linux or Windows system tools Demonstrated experience developing web-based applications using Javascript, HTML5, and Electron Working knowledge of Q / KDB
