It Pm/ba

Our client, one of the largest banks in the US with wealth management, investment banking, and international business, is seeking a IT PM/BA

• Compliance with enterprise project tracking requirements
• Project initiation, project plan, and project scope documentation
• Identification and refinement of requirements
• Tracking and reporting of project status and deliverables
• Tracking and coordination of project artifacts
• Management of the project roadmap
• Coordination with development teams on resource allocation
• Change Management (scope, dates, etc.)
• Communication planning and execution. Skill Requirements:
• 7 yrs experience doing PM with 2 years at least in Fixed Income Technology - Experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• General technical skill, e.g., ability to write SQL, write macros in Excel, and understand the principles and key practices in software & database design.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to quickly learn and apply new business concepts, identify problems and opportunities, and help recommend solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals.
• Dedication, a sense of ownership, and a willingness to work under the pressure of tight deadlines

• Ability to influence individuals and teams in a matrix organization without direct formal authority

• Previous experience with Municipal Bond and Bloomberg applications is a plus

• Agile, Fixed Income (Municipals), and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Microsoft Project, etc.) 7 Years' experience in Project Management / Process Management
