HR Sourcer

Description We are offering a unique opportunity for an HR role in the Amusement/Recreation Ser/Entertainment industry, based in NEW YORK, New York, United States. This HR Sourcer will play a vital role in an immigration project. This project will involve HR recruitment support to help assist to source and screen resumes through their ATS system for their requisitions. Responsibilities: Sourcing resumes and screening potential candidates to ensure they qualify for the role Tracking every resume through the Applicant Track System (ATS) and reviewing skills listed Saving and downloading resumes Performing data entry tasks to maintain accurate records of candidates Utilizing Microsoft Excel for data management and tracking Utilizing effective recruitment strategies and sourcing techniques to attract high-quality candidatesRequirements Experience with Applicant Track System is necessary Proficient in Microsoft Excel Proven experience in Data Entry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is a plus Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectivelyRobert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
