HR Assistant

Description A Veterinary Services company is seeking an HR Coordinator for an ongoing contract engagement with opportunity for hire. This HR Coordinator will be responsible for: assisting HR compliance, file management, onboarding/offboarding, new hire orientations, health/drug screening coordinating, HRIS projects, mailroom services etc. Experience with ADP Workforce Now is required. Attention to detail, having a team player mentality while also having the ability to operate independently is required.Requirements Proven experience in a similar role within a Human Resources environment Strong knowledge of HR functions and best practices Experience with ADP Workforce Now software Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Demonstrable experience in maintaining and updating filing systems Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
