Join us at razorfish.com .Job DescriptionThe Director, Program Management is responsible for the delivery of large complex programs or multiple smaller workstreams, and ensures that assignments are completed according to schedule and budget. You will actively identify organic growth opportunities and be heavily involved in estimation and contract reviews to ensure accuracy of effort and commitment. You will also consult with the leadership team on decisions and work together to persuasively align the project team to a greater goal.
Act as the day to day project lead for delivery of large-scale and complex programs for client’s digital transformation programs
Shape program roadmap for a large team that includes us, clients and partners
Program management and delivery ownership for digital/systems/website builds
Identify opportunities to be innovative and enable continuous improvement
Detail-oriented, hands-on, data-driven program management, removing impediments for team to make continuous progress in a fast paced work environment
Tool-savvy – deep knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, MicroSoft Excel, and productivity tools
Support Staffing negotiations between programs/portfolios
Shape approaches and create meaningful views of scope across different services and capabilities; support scope escalation and risk mitigation strategies
Drive and manage the approval and review process for MSA/SOW (high complexity)
Managing and tracking spending/budgets
Define processes and tools needed by teams across all programs enabling successful program implementation and delivery
Provide guidance on consistent application of project management methodologies that align with strategic plans
Own or liaise with the Executive PMO to communicate program executional metrics, risks, issues, and dependencies
Delivering a work stream or collection of projects within sold margins with the ability to identify and propose solutions for changes in margin
Qualifications
Experience with a distributed delivery model, leading diverse teams, and collaborating in a multi-cultural environment for end-to-end engagements
Program management experience in scaled digital implementation leading high performing teams within Creative, UX and Digital implementation teams
Effective systems thinking skills and ability to identify interconnectivity across multiple streams of work
Demonstrated experience navigating a large organization, showcasing the ability to influence with storytelling and data
Comfortable with relationships and presenting to senior creative leaders, marketing leaders, and digital leaders
Strong project management experience; process oriented with understanding of Agile ways of working; experience with one or more of methodologies like Scrum, Kanban, Scaled Agile frameworks, Waterfall, and Hybrid
Effective leadership, analytical skills, and negotiation skills
Effective conflict resolution skills
Familiar with routing creative through the Editorial Process (Prooing) via ProofHQ
Familiar with regulatory reviews and processes of submitting creative and copy for approval
Knowledge of Adobe Workfront, Smartsheet and ProofHQ tool is a plus
Pharmaceutical industry knowledge/experience is required

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
