This key role will direct the development and execution of external communications, including media relations, executive communications, crisis management, financial communications and thought leadership with the goal of driving awareness and understanding of the company’s vision, performance and progress among a variety of stakeholders. Reporting to the VP of External Communications, this role will be an important partner with PVH’s executive, brand, regional and functional teams to craft culture and drive high performance. A successful candidate will play a meaningful role in helping the company build Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger into the most desirable lifestyle brands in the world and make PVH one of the highest performing brand groups in its sector.RESPONSIBILITIES:
Build and launch next generation corporate external communications strategies to enhance and protect PVH’s reputation.
Develop and build strong relationships with key business/trade media and industry stakeholders.
Execute business and financial communications to support key corporate events, including quarterly earnings and strategic corporate and financial news.
Manage and implement crisis communications strategies to anticipate and mitigate risks, manage issues and reactive media, and steer post-crisis recovery.
Partner with senior leadership and relevant partners to create and execute compelling corporate narrative that supports business goals and priorities and drives thought leadership and differentiation.
Lead executive visibility and thought leadership programs, including awards, rankings, conferences and other external forums.
Develop and execute an editorial strategy that cuts across all corporate channels
Create clear and compelling communications materials, including leadership briefs, press releases, key messages, Q&As and proactive/reaction press materials.
Celebrate company culture and promote PVH values; Leverage communications to support PVH’s unique work environment.
Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization through excellent written and verbal communications skills; Translate complex challenges into simple and clear communications.
Leverage entrepreneurial mindset and data-driven approach to continuously test, iterate and evolve programming to achieve improved results over time.
Manage ambiguous and challenging tasks.
Take initiative and personal accountability to lead oneself, meet deadlines and deliverables.
Pay Range:$175,000 - $200,000PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills.
