Please indicate your full name, contact information and the specific accommodation needed.Position Summary:We are seeking a Digital Design Manager to lead our design team, driving the organization's overall aesthetic and evolution of our content and marketing collateral to reach our C-Suite audience. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of leadership and hands-on expertise and requires someone who has exceptional team management and hands-on digital design skills for web development, as well as digital marketing and editorial campaigns.Responsibilities:

Manage, coach, and lead two in-house designers, plus independent contractors on an "as needed" basis.

Project manage and lead digital design projects, in coordination with or as assigned by the Managing Editor and other senior leaders in the Marketing department, and deliver results on agreed-upon timeline.

Build and design websites and webpages with a team of contractors, working with Figma and a development team

Offer continuous improvements to the organization's design strategy, and communicate that strategy to managers and leaders in the company

Possess and master the latest design trends, digital marketing best practices, and emerging digital/creative technologies available.

Create best-in-class digital designs for content and marketing campaigns that will continually elevate brand awareness, value of membership, and engagement with key C-Suite audiences.

Design and develop websites and landing pages that are visually appealing, user-friendly, and optimized for conversions.

Design eye-catching digital ad creatives (e.g., banners, display ads) that align with the organization's branding and objectives.

Use data-driven insights to refine and optimize design elements.

Work closely with marketing, content, and development teams to ensure alignment of design elements with campaign goals.

In collaboration with the Chief Marketing Officer, Managing Editor, and creative team, develop and design strategies and guidelines to generate a consistent visual TCB language across all marketing and content collateral.

Qualifications:

8+ years of digital design, including UX/UI, experience.

Experience leading a design team on work in the areas of: news and media, and experience with B2B consulting preferred.

Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma to create visually appealing and high-quality digital assets

Understanding of UX design principles to create landing pages that are user-friendly and optimized for conversions.

Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and strategies, including lead generation tactics, PPC (Pay-Per-Click) advertising, and social media marketing.

Proficiency with Google Analytics and A/B testing platforms is valuable for optimization efforts.

Creative thinking to design innovative and attention-grabbing ad creatives and landing pages.

Ability to adapt to changing design trends, platforms, and campaign requirements is crucial in the fast-paced digital landscape.
