This position is a remote position. Minimum 5 yrs exp in a similiar role. Exp with cloud mgmt, deployment and distributed systems architecture with amazon web services, co uses Cloud formation, VPC, EC2, Elastic Beanstalk, DynamoDB, RDS, S3, Lambda, Step Functions. Fluency in one or more programming languages(most of their existing code is in Python) Must know LINUX command line. Extensive in the trenches exp maintaining live production systems. Knowledge of best practices of software development and deployment architecture.Must be passionate about security, performance and reliability of applications hosted in AWS cloud. You will be responsible for all aspects of their builds and AWS deployment environments including scaling, provisioning, monitoring and automation. Should have significant exp CI/CD experience and strong AWS systems administration skills. Java and spring boot development exp is a plus. Maintain and improve the architectures of current cloud services as well as assist the engineering team to design and build new services with deployment , availability and scalability in mind. Debug and troubleshoot live production issues. Document and monitor processes and performance. Manage cloud infrastructure. Client will take H1 if candidate has exp with Kubernetes.
