Description We are offering a Part time short term contract employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative role in the non-profit industry located in New York, New York, 10018-2729, United States. This role primarily involves providing exceptional customer service, particularly through answering inbound calls and emails, and monitoring social media platforms. It also requires logging relevant information into systems like Salesforce and Sprout Social.Must be available Friday/Saturday/Sunday /MondayResponsibilities: Provide excellent customer service by answering inbound calls and responding to emails Monitor and engage with users on various social media platforms Log and categorize customer interactions and trends using Salesforce and Sprout Social Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and respectful manner Process and maintain accurate data entries Schedule appointments as necessary Work collaboratively with the team to ensure consistency in customer service delivery Keep up-to-date with our services to provide accurate information to customers Use Microsoft Excel and Word for administrative tasks related to the role Contribute to the ongoing improvement of our customer service operations.Requirements Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls Proven experience in call center customer service Strong customer service skills and ability to resolve customer inquiries efficiently Ability to perform data entry tasks with high accuracy Proficient in email correspondence and professional communication Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word Experience in order entry and processing Ability to schedule appointments effectively Knowledge of Salesforce administration and CRM systems Familiarity with Sprout Social or similar social media management tools Understanding and experience with various social media platforms Ability to work in a non-profit environment and understand its unique needs Adherence to ethical standards and regulations of non-profit organizations Commitment to the mission and goals of the organization.
