Members of the Corporate & Firmwide Employee Communications team serve as trusted advisors to the firm's senior leaders and other communications managers about how to reinforce the firm's culture and keep employees informed about the firm's priorities and progress. The team oversees a variety of engagement channels and tools, including the corporate intranet, the firm's broadcast email tool and various employee meetings and events.As a Corporate and Firmwide Internal Communications Senior Associate, on the Corporate & Firmwide Employee Communications team, you will primarily support executive communications for the firm's General Auditor and will also support certain employee engagement and diversity activities for the firm's Risk Management and Compliance organization and Legal department. Help develop communication strategies that help key executives engage with their teams and cascade firmwide and team-specific priorities
Draft organizational announcements, event invitations, and intranet articles on topics ranging from career progression to annual business priorities
Prepare PowerPoint decks / talking points / briefings and other materials for internal events
Ensure communications adhere to internal brand and style guidelines
Manage the creation and distribution of high-volume internal emails
Serve as a backup to the Targeted Email and Events Center of Excellence Team responsible for coordinating and distributing firmwide and corporate function employee email messages and managing and planning internal senior leader and employee events
Manage event logistics for senior executive and employee events and site visits, including scheduling, booking rooms, scheduling Zoom webinars, audio/video requirements, invitations, catering, RSVP tracking, attendance summaries, etc.
Liaise with AV Technicians and Conference Center Planners on event execution
Provide on-the-ground event support
Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:
4+ years of professional experience required
Excellent prooing skills
Strong writing skills
Good executive presence, with demonstrated experience working with senior executives and/or external clients
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, adhere to deadlines and deliver results with a strong attention to detail
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Fluency in English language communications required
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:
Experience drafting and editing business messages a plus
Experience with broadcast email distribution systems a plus
Experience in a large corporate setting strongly preferred;
Event management experience a plus
