Summary: Meta is seeking a Community Experience (CX) Partner . This role will report to the Manager, CX and be a part of our Community Experience team supporting Meta New York in cultivating connections between employees across a large multi-building campus, including various events and programs that support our work building internal community.Required Skills: Community Experience Partner Responsibilities:
Works as part of Community Experience team to develop and execute a calendar of site wide events, including enhanced Happy Hours, All Hands, and other company-wide programs across multiple buildings
Creates communications, marketing materials, digital assets etc. for various events & programs
Owns planning, logistics, and execution for local Events in line with approved budget and in coordination with Community Experience team
Supports coordination & execution of Local Office Welcome/new hire experience
Support coordination of additional community or heritage month events or experiences (such as MRGs (Meta Resource Groups) and Community Engagement opportunities)
Collects feedback from attendees, hosts event debriefs, and compiles data on events to inform future planning efforts
Main POC for New York site wiki and microsite updates, to ensure site resources are up to date and relevant.
Manages purchase orders, vendor on-boarding, and SOW creation (as well as other finance processes) in partnership with finance
Minimum Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in event planning for organizations
Experience managing multiple projects at the same time
Experience managing and working within specified budgets
Experience using and building out data to solve problems
Experience with venues, activities, and events resources
Proven experience building cross-functional relationships between various support partners
Proven experience collaborating as part of a cross-regional team
Experience in using Microsoft Office Programs, Keynote, Outlook.
Demonstrated experience with technical skills to utilize internal Event and Registration Tools
Experience working with digital design programs such as Canva
