Job Summary: The Paid Social Media, Senior Associate will lead the development and execution of comprehensive paid social media strategies for Commercial Banking on LinkedIn. A strong background in program analytics and optimization is required. This function requires an articulate, highly organized, self-motivated and resourceful individual who is comfortable multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.Job Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive social campaigns to support CB initiatives

Translate business strategy into paid social media campaigns and coordinate execution across channels

Work closely with Communications, Events and Marketing colleagues to ensure creative aligns with content strategy and develop distribution plans for maximum impact

Partner marketing leads to determine campaign goals and set target KPIs

Ensure consistent tone, voice and visual representation is maintained

Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies on the development and execution of paid social campaigns

Detailed at tracking expenses, keeping budgets up to date and monitoring spend while campaigns are in flight

Ensure proper regulatory controls are followed

Assist with competitor research and organic social media as needed

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills :

Bachelor's degree in a related field required

4+ years in a paid media buying role, preferably working in the B2B space for large companies with multiple brands and/or lines of business

Mastery of LinkedIn Campaign Manager

Fluency in analytics (measurement, benchmarks, KPIs and campaign reporting)

Ability to influence, use sound judgment, make informed decisions/recommendations and earn trust from multiple stakeholders

Strong project management skills with impeccable time management and organization

Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills

Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills :

Social media community management experience a plus

You are a critical thinker and team player with a positive, can-do attitude, comfortable with continuously changing opportunities and priorities
