- Work directly with end clients on training needs, planning for implementations, pre/post go-live support.
- Provide technical assistance, and support occasionally include other computer systems, software, and hardware.
- Respond to requests using a consultative approach to understanding, diagnosing, researching, and remediating issues.
- Basic report writing.
- CSI 10 implementation consultant experience (cloud version only.)
- Experience with at least one CSI 10 upgrade.
- Multi-tenant experience is ideal, however not mandatory.
- Able to travel/have travel flexibility to client sites in the US.
