Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Client Account Manager in the bustling city of New York. Our industry allows for a dynamic work environment where you will be primarily responsible for managing customer accounts in the digital media sector. Responsibilities: Effectively manage and process customer credit applications in a timely manner Maintain and update customer credit records accurately Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns efficiently Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions when required Identify and explore additional opportunities within existing client relationships Establish and maintain beneficial partnerships with your customer base Take full ownership of your book of business, including strategic planning and revenue forecasting Provide feedback on sales processes and products to improve team efficiency Prospect into potential customers to deliver solutions that meet their marketing and business goals Establish new relationships and acquire new clients, setting them up for long-term success on the platform. Requirements Demonstrated proficiency in Customer Service Proven experience in Sales and Marketing Ability to conduct comprehensive Research Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office Suites Experience in Social Media management Capability to Perform Ad Hoc Financial tasks Strong skills in Client Relations and Account Management Proven track record in Closing deals and meeting Targets Ability to Prioritize tasks effectively Experience in Scale Out and Digital Media strategies Proficiency in Prospecting and developing Narratives Ability to accurately provide Revenue Forecasts Familiarity with DSP (Digital Signal Processing) Matter Expertise in the relevant field Experience with Google Ad and Reddit platforms Knowledge of Digital Signal Processing Familiarity with Native Advertising strategies Proven understanding of Sales processes.
