- Responsible for innovation and E2E launch of products
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with global operational teams
- Works with cross functional teams including infrastructure, compliance, engineering, etc.
- Translate product features into well defined requirements including user stories and acceptance test criteria
- Prioritize and maintain the sprint backlog through refinement and grooming sessions
- Remove roadblocks for the scrum team to help meet software and business objectives by gathering information and answering questions
- Work towards becoming a subject-matter expert of your product
- Candidate must be articulate, and have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to think broadly (across products and functions) and conceptualize practical solutions balancing user requirements with technical constraints
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent attention to detail
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field
- 1-3 years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst type role
- Successful track record of developing products within deadlines
- Fixed income domain knowledge
- Knowledge of Agile principles and process
- Knowledge of Jira, MS Visio or similar, Word, Power point, Excel, SQL, Linux (basic)
- FIX experience
