Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst in the detail-oriented services industry, based in New York. As a Business Analyst, you will be tasked with multiple responsibilities, including the management of customer interactions, analysis of business processes, and improvement of operational efficiency.Responsibilities: Utilization of Atlassian Jira for project management and tracking Implementing and managing CRM systems to streamline customer interaction processes Conducting Gap Analysis to identify areas of improvement in business processes Using Microsoft Excel and Word for data analysis and documentation Carrying out AB Testing to improve user experience and optimize performance Applying Agile Scrum methodologies to manage and deliver projects efficiently Evaluating and optimizing business process functions Creating and managing Business Requirement Document for clear communication of project requirements Overseeing claim administration to ensure smooth operation and customer satisfaction. Requirements Demonstrated proficiency in the use of Atlassian Jira. Practical experience with CRM systems. Ability to conduct thorough Gap Analysis. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word. Experience with AB Testing methodologies. Knowledge of Agile Scrum practices. An understanding of Business Process Functions. Ability to compile and manage a Business Requirement Document.
