Title - Business Analyst.

Experience Required: 2-3 YearsKey skills: Application Extender (AX)- knowledge of Document Imaging and Management application Branch Capture- Check imaging for item processing for all branches Hold Mail- Document imaging and archiving system Kofax- used by centralized imaging for built documents scanning Job Profile SummaryDuties & ResponsibilitiesResponsible for gathering, reviewing, modifying, and recommending business requirements for information technology projects.Works with internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer goals are achieved.Elicits and documents business requirementsUtilizes tools and techniques standard to business analysisActs as a point of contact for feedback and provides support to end-users to resolve issues.Occasionally required to review test cases and performs user testingHas a solid understanding of BA functions, systems, and processes.
