Audio/Visual Technician

Job Title: Audio/Visual Technician Location: New York, NY- Day 1 Onsite Duration: 24+ Months Qualifications Previous event production experience preferred FOH or live audio production skills preferred Experience with and working knowledge of Zoom video conferencing platform Video Camera operation for recording and switching Basic understanding of networking principles Fundamental understanding of audio/video signal flow and routing Experience with and working knowledge of video conferencing systems Previous webcasting/live streaming experience Passion for customer service with the skills to match Ability to demonstrate integrity at all times Ability to remain calm in high stress situations a must Able to handle multiple tasks/projects, concurrently Excellent verbal and written interpersonal skills Strong problem solving and follow up skills Able to think independently and prioritize Strong computer skills (e.g. Microsoft Office, ServiceNow, Smartsheet, etc.) Instinct for trouble shooting, problem solving Familiar with PC and Mac platforms Intuitive self-starter Natural teammate with a collaborative mindset CTS certification a plus Regards,
