Description Robert Half is currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Securities Litigation Document Review Attorney, based in New York City. This is an immediate and exciting opportunity to become part of a dynamic team working on high-stakes securities litigation cases.

Location: ON-SITE in Midtown
Hours: Standard EST business hours
Requirements:
JD from an accredited law school
Active license to practice law in the state of New York
At least 2 years of document review experience, specifically within the realm of securities litigation
Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle large volumes of documents
Must be proficient in document review platforms including, but not limited to, Relativity, Ringtail, or Kroll
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive review of a large number of documents related to securities litigation matters
Utilize our e-discovery platforms to tag relevant documents
Work collaboratively with the litigation team to support ongoing cases
Meet tight deadlines and manage high workloads
Requirements
Applicant must possess significant experience in Document Review, demonstrating proficiency in analyzing and interpreting legal documents. Must be a Licensed Attorney in the state of practice, maintaining an active and good standing status. Proficiency in Asset-Backed Securities is necessary, showcasing a deep understanding of financial instruments that are backed by loan portfolios. Experience in Litigation - The candidate should have a strong background in plaintiff representation, showing a proven track record of successful settlements or judgments on behalf of plaintiffs.
