You’ll be developing and using QA tools, dashboards, and queries to support a reliable and accurate data ecosystem. You will lead and coordinates data validation work between the Starcom, various business units within the client, and relevant vendors who provide the data.The Associate Director works with a variety of data platforms and understands Warner Brothers database systems, data needs, and workflows to monitor data quality, diagnose issues, and improve process efficiency. The ability to problem solve and work well with various internal agency and external client teams is a critical aspect of this role.This role provides the opportunity to work on-site, directly with the client where you will create and maintain processes with vendors and internal stakeholders. You’ll be hands-on with data from a variety of MarTech (Marketing Technology) platforms that feed the data ecosystem and working with industry-leading technology in the data space.Responsibilities:

Oversee data health and monitor data quality for the organization’s marketing data

Monitoring and troubleshooting data consistency across all platforms and business units

Provide Data QA throughout the life of marketing campaigns and measurement tools

Utilize internal QA tools and dashboards to support frontend data validation efforts

Develop processes to ensure data integrity and implement across all business units

Maintain a strong understanding of the systems used such as the CM360, Dynata, Neustar

Troubleshoot problem pixels and macro issues

Coordinate operations processes between agency (Starcom) and various business units (Warner Brothers)

Maintain master metadata tables and reference guides across data sets working closely with internal QA engineers

Create and maintain processes with marketing teams to validate campaign settings

Create and maintain data export and import workflows with relevant industry partners and technology providers

Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to address root cause of issues, improving data quality with upstream process enhancements, education, and stakeholder partnership

QualificationsQualifications:

Educational background in information systems management, statistics, computer science, economics, or business degrees preferred

5+ years of related professional experience

Experience with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, AWS, Azure)

Experience with data visualization tools (Datorama, Looker, Tableau)

Hands-on experience manipulating, accessing, and evaluating data from various data sources and environments

Ability to work independently (proactive) and collaboratively with diverse groups

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with heavy focus on Excel and macros

Technical proficiency in database management

Knowledge of Marketing Technology (MarTech) space and experience with platforms like ad servers, attribution tools, and marketing measurement vendors

Strong quantitative skills, including analytical abilities and math proficiency

Willingness to learn and create solutions that challenge the status quo

Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving abilities with the ability to think unconventionally in proposing solutions

A proven ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects effectively and work well under pressure to deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting.
