Description:We are currently hiring for a client of mine that is a reputable architecture firm that is looking for two Architectural Project Manager who will support Construction Administration on two large residential developments, one in Brooklyn and one in Boston. There will be opportunity to support additional phases of other projects in the future. This exciting opportunity is with an architectural firm that has built some of the most prominent buildings in NYC and boasts about owning the Manhattan skyline!Schedule:5 days in officeMust Have:-Bachelors degree in Architecture -5+ years of experience in construction administration -Experience with new construction, ground up high rise buildings (mixed-use, multi-family, commercial, hospitality)-Revit Responsibilities:-Produce technical Construction Documentation sets on ground up high rise projectsWork Environment:100 person firm in NYC6 different groups, ranging from affordable housing, non profits, private developers, high rise buildings.Collaborative environment, businesscasual dress, deadline intensive firm.Interview:1 round interview, looking to make a decision this week!About Actalent Actalent is a global leader in engineering and sciences services and talent solutions.
