Description We are offering a role within the supply chain management sector in New York, New York, 10019, United States. This role is primarily administrative and involves assisting the Supply Chain Manager with a variety of tasks. The job function requires a blend of skills, including data entry, customer service, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. This is a contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Assist in administrative tasks such as populating Work Order templates based on the Terms & Conditions negotiated by the Supply Chain team and EPC Contractor. Ensure the timely and accurate data entry into the Smartsheet data system. Contribute to the administrative duties of populating LNTP, NTP, MC, and SC notices. Handle the internal approval of work orders and follow up on any pending approvals. Assist in populating the EPC Pricing template to evaluate contractors in preparation for awarding. Ensure EPC pricing quotes are properly allocated within internal folders. Provide reliable and timely data entry into Smartsheet data system for EPC pricing from quotes received. Handle customer service responsibilities such as answering inbound calls and email correspondence. Utilize Microsoft Office Suite for various tasks, including scheduling appointments. Contribute to supply chain logistics and management tasks. Requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Experience in customer service and the ability to handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently Strong data entry skills and attention to detail Ability to manage email correspondence professionally and efficiently Experience in scheduling appointments and managing calendars Knowledge of supply chain management and supply chain logistics Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment High level of organizational skills and ability to manage administrative processes effectively Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Strong problem-solving skills and ability to take initiative Knowledge of general office procedures and administrative tasks A positive attitude and willingness to learn new tasks and systems.
