Busy Custom Millwork Company located in Brooklyn is looking for a full -time Project Manager with experience.
We are looking for someone with these responsibilities and qualities:
When a project has been handed over to the project coordinator, the project coordinator’s main responsibilities include; complete scope analysis, architectural set revision, and the budget revision.
The project coordinator will do a run through of the complete scope with the installers and installation manager to clarify all drawings/assembly/installation of the delivered scope items.
The project coordinator is responsible for; site meetings with GC when problems arise, clarification of drawings to installers when questions arise, and correspondence with GC regarding schedules and delivery of high priority items.
Commitment to see a project through to completion.
Knowledge of Architectural drawings (plans, sections, elevations, and details).
Knowledge of millwork fabrication.
Able to keep a schedule that aligns with carpenters and installation schedules.
Good communication skills, Spanish speaker a plus.
AutoCAD proficient.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to survey a site, OSHA certified a plus.
