AUTOCAD & REVIT drafting
Field Work Surveys for Design, Electrical, Lighting, HVAC equipment, piping, ductwork
layout, sprinklers, plumbing, and Fire Alarm
NYC Building Code
Co-ordinate with Architects and Tenants other trades.
ASHRAE Cooling/Heating Load Calculations
HVAC equipment selection for drawing schedules
Shop Drawing Review
Professional Interaction with clients and other staff including Architects and Engineers
Duty includes filing, photocopying, scanning, transmittals
reviewing design drawings entering documents into the NYC DOB HUB
e-mailing scanned documents
