The opportunity: We are looking for an enthusiastic intern to assist with the breakdown of a large temporary music venue in Central Park. This is a fantastic opportunity for students in architecture, art, or engineering who are eager to gain real-world experience outside of a traditional office setting. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys physical work, is interested in learning how to work with the IATSE stagehand union, and is excited to contribute to high-profile projects. Responsibilities: - Assist in the breakdown and removal of a large temporary environment in Central Park. - Work collaboratively with our team to ensure efficient and safe disassembly. - Handle tools and materials with care and precision. - Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment. Qualifications: - Must be able to lift at least 80 lbs. - OSHA 10 certification is required (we will reimburse the cost upon proof of completion so long as it is obtained before the start date). - Passion for hands-on work and a desire to learn outside of a traditional office setting. - Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
