We are looking for motivated individuals to join our expanding firm. We have positions available for part-time/full-time positions for special inspection work.
Responsibilities:
-Be able to write detailed reports of on-going construction projects
-Be able to review construction documents and shop drawings to ensure conformance
-Travel to various construction sites
Qualifications:
-Minimum two years of architectural, engineering, and/or construction related experience preferred.
-Knowledge of the IBC, NYC Building Code, and ACI
-Currently hold at least one Special Inspection certification preferred or have the ability to obtain them
ICC/ACI/AWS/NICET certificates;
