Small NYC structural design firm looking for a freelance structural engineer , or current employee looking for side work. Candidate will need to be proficient with min 5 years experience in the design of steel, concrete , CMU and other materials. Experience with the NYC building code and latest IBC codes. Work will entail producing calculations for the design of steel, masonry, concrete and wood framings. Only respondents providing resume detailing design experience will be considered. Salary commensurate with experience.
