Seeking a Skilled Draftsman with 7+ Years of Experience
Are you an experienced draftsman with expertise in producing construction documents for real estate projects (commercial, retail, residential, hospitality, office, etc.) ? We're a boutique real estate acquisition, development, and management company in south Brooklyn, NY, and we're looking for a skilled draftsman to join our team.
What You'll Do:
- Prepare construction documents for interior and exterior projects in ACAD (other software skills are a plus).
- Create or modify detailed technical drawings, blueprints, and plans.
- Work with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure accuracy.
- Update documents as needed based on feedback or project changes.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: At least 7 years of drafting experience.
- Tech Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written English skills. If you speak Russian, that's a bonus!
- Attitude: A "can do" attitude and a positive outlook. We value team players who are detail-oriented and self-motivated.
- Authorization: You must have work authorization in the U.S.
- An engineering or architectural degree is NOT required for this position.
