KGA is an architectural firm started in 1990 based in Chelsea with a wide array of projects, including commercial, institutional, single and multi-family residences, affordable housing, event spaces, TV studios and temporary installations. Projects include interior renovations, vertical and horizontal enlargements and new construction. Employees are given responsibility and experience in all aspects of Design, from Schematics through Construction Administration and expediting. All employees work with each other, our consultants and our contractors to complete quality projects for our clients.
Kossar + Garry Architects, LLP (KGA) is looking for a talented and creative individual to fill an internship position:
Requirements:
- Bachelors of Architecture (B.Arch), in 4th or 5th year.
- Local NYC resident.
- Strong graphic skills required, including in AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D rendering software.
- Ability to communicate fluently in English, verbally and in writing.
- Ability to multi-task and develop organizational skills.
- Efficiently manage work within deadlines.
- Knowledge of Word and Excel is required.
- Curious about Architecture.
