Mets Baseball Camps is now hiring Coaches for our summer youth baseball and softball camp the week of July 21-25 in Darien, CT
Mets Summer Camps is looking for summer camp coaches who are energetic, positive, and who love to inspire our youth to make good choices and be accountable for their actions and decisions - all while having a great time! We provide the equipment, training, and curriculum. You provide the leadership that will help our campers have a wonderful learning experience and leave camp with a love of the game, new friends, better baseball/softball skills, and an appreciation for the importance of personal accountability.

We are looking for coaches who:
-Have experience working with children ages 4-13
-Have experience coaching and/or playing baseball/softball at a high school level or higher
-Have a passion for teaching and providing quality leadership in an engaging and energetic way
-Execute New York Mets Baseball Camps Curriculum daily, under the direction of the Site Director
Requirements:
-Be prepared to make a commitment Monday-Friday for approximately eight hours per day, July 21-25
-Be prepared to travel to our site with reliable transportation of your own
-Be able to pass a comprehensive background screening
-NCBA Members, or University Club Baseball experience is a plus
Our Interview Process:

Compensation:
-Professional Educator: $20.00/hour -Please note you must have at least 1 school year of paid teaching experience and/or provide proof of teaching certification in order to be eligible for this hourly wage.
-College Student/Recent Graduate:$17.00/hour
-High School Student/Under 18: $16.50/hour
