Licensed Group Family Daycare (Home Daycare) with a curriculum program is looking for a strong leader who enjoys teaching and loves children.
The right candidate MUST love and have a true passion and patience for kids. You must have a desire to want to work with kids because they make you happy & you want them to succeed
2 years + childcare experience in a daycare center, home daycare, or school setting is a PLUS
MUST speak Spanish
You must also have OR be willing to obtain the following:
- A Current Medical.
- Fingerprints.
-State Central Register (SCR) Clearance.
- 3 checkable references.
-First Aid/CPR Certification
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Working with children ages 6 weeks to 5 years old.
Prepare lesson plans and both long and short range activities in accordance with curriculum objectives, developmentally appropriate practice and program philosophy.
Must be creative, able to organize activities and lessons, and bring new fun ideas to the program.
Work in all aspect of classroom activity.
Help control and maintain order in class.
Attend to the personal care of children (e.g. diaper changing, meal and snack preparation, helping with clothes, etc).
Maintain cleanliness (e.g. cleaning tables and chairs, toys, bathroom, sweeping, mopping, washing dishes, putting away cots, etc)
Must be energetic, outgoing, and reliable.
MUST love children and have an unlimited amount of patience.
Meet all applicable liscensing regulations.
Perform other duties as assigned by Director.
