Quality Assurance Specialist, New York City

Your Daily Work
As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will visit two of our client locations each day with a partner. These locations include hotels, restaurants, gyms, and retail stores. You will use a provided checklist to ensure they are meeting their operational and quality standards. The total time for travel and inspections is around 8 hours daily. All forms and training will be provided, and your main job is to accurately complete the checklist.
The Secret Shopper Component
A fun and important part of this job is acting as a secret shopper for our clients. These are paid assignments on top of your regular 40-hour work week, and all expenses are covered.
Restaurant Visits: Once a week, you'll be paid for 2 hours to dine at one of our client restaurants and provide feedback.
Hotel Stays: Twice a month, you'll be paid for 8 hours to stay overnight at one of our client hotels and report on your experience.
Cruise Travel: Twice a year, you'll travel on a client cruise for 3-5 days. You will be paid a total of 50 hours for this trip, including 10 hours of overtime, to evaluate the guest experience.
