Seeking a Residential Admin
Compensation: Hourly [ $23 / $25 ]
Employment type: Full Time
We’re currently looking for an Admin to work at residential & commercial properties within NYC.
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Responsibilities include:
· Front office operations, Records and data base managment. Filing leases, insurance certificate, vendors etc.
· Answering phone calls, greet and meet all tenants inquiries/ complaints alocating solutions.
· Preparing marketing materials for open houses. Ad-hoc assignments as requested and or directed by management.
Requirements:
· Minimum of 3-4 years related experience and or equivalent combination of administration and residential real estate operations; accounting and finance principals.
· Previous experience within real estate industry preferred.
· Must have or acquire a notary liscense.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Strong organizational, analytical and problem solving skills.
· Ability to work independently and as a part of the team profieciently with proper time managment
· Computer proficiency; Word, Excel, Outlook, Avid Xchange, Yardi, Building Link, Building Engines Prism, Latch (key links), On-site, CRM system etc.
