This role involves answering customer service emails daily, creating shipments for replacement parts, and engaging with our community on social media. We're seeking someone with a positive attitude who can ensure our customers feel valued and heard.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues through email in a timely and friendly manner.
- Process replacement part requests and prepare shipments to be sent out.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and shipments.
- Comment and respond to people on social media posts in a positive and engaging manner.
- Collaborate with the team to improve the customer experience.
Requirements:
- Strong written communication skills with a friendly and professional tone.
- Ability to stay organized and manage time effectively.
- Detail-oriented and able to follow processes accurately.
- Availability to work 2-3 days a week (potential for flexibility in hours).

I purchased a Rocket Ship - brick building set today from my local Wallsmart. I got home to start putting it together and realized there were several missing pieces. I have attached photos of the steps from the booklet in the box pointing to the missing pieces.
