Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, providing excellent customer service, and supporting day-to-day office operations. Local candidates are strongly preferred to ensure punctuality and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.

Take and process customer orders accurately.

Provide outstanding customer service and resolve issues effectively.

Collect payments and maintain accurate financial records.

Enter invoices and manage data entry tasks.

Run payroll and assist with employee records management.

Perform general office duties such as filing, organizing, and maintaining records.

Qualifications:

Clear and fluent English is a must.

Previous experience in administrative or customer service roles is preferred.

Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and accounting systems (QuickBooks or similar).
