We are looking for a professional and proactive individual to join our team. If you are an organized person with excellent customer service skills and a strong work ethic in an office environment, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Handle billing and data entry.

Professionally answer and make phone calls to and from clients.

Use Google Calendar, Google Maps, and Gmail for organizational and logistical tasks.

Perform general office administrative duties.

Requirements:

Bilingual: Fluent in both spoken and written English and Spanish is a must.

Communication Skills: Excellent customer service skills and a professional demeanor.

Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with Google Maps, Google Calendar, etc

A plus: Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a plus.

Proactive and a good problem-solver.

What We Offer:
