We are one of the largest indoor playcenters in New York City, and we’re looking for an experienced and motivated Shift Supervisor to join our team. This is a hands-on leadership role that involves supervising day-to-day operations, supporting staff, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
-Oversee daily shift operations, ensuring smooth and safe play experiences for all guests
-Lead and motivate team members; assist with scheduling, training, and team coordination
-Handle customer service issues professionally and efficiently
-Ensure cleanliness, food safety, and facility standards are upheld at all times
Requirements:
-Previous experience in customer service, team supervision, and employee training is a must
-Must be available to work weekends and holidays
-Must be able to work until 9 PM on weekdays (center closes at 8 PM)
-Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
-NYC Food Protection Certificate is a plus
