Are you an experienced, motivated, self-starter, and an overachieving person with a drive to help others? I am looking for a talented individual genuinely curious about business, startups, and creating new products and services from the ground up. For this role, you will need to be resourceful, creative, and a go-getter. I am also looking for people who are very organized and meticulous about their work and like to get things done fast and well. I am looking for a person who wants to stay around for a long time.

The job is mostly fully remote with some meetings in person o create content and run errands, most likely once or twice per week. The schedule is very flexible and ideal for a student or a part-time.

I'm an entrepreneur with a few businesses that I want to grow. One is tax preparation which is seasonal but requires light off-season work, then there is small business consulting, and I am in the planning stage for another business in retail and a non-profit project in the Dominican Republic.

Skills:

-Have great communication skills, Outgoing and charismatic.

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Spanish a must.

-Strong research and analytical skills

-Are highly organized and detail-oriented.

-Are comfortable working on multiple projects. Wear multiple hats.

-Have the willingness to do whatever is needed whether it's taking the lead on a big project or taking on any challenge.

-Ability to work independently, must be proactive and take initiative.

-Driven and entrepreneurial work ethic

-Advanced attention to detail and organization

-Energetic, flexible, and self-motivated team player

-Creative, charismatic, and extroverted mus be willing to make content for the brands as well.

-Must be a quick learner and tech-Savvy

-Must know your way around photoshop, Lightroom, Canva, and video editing.

-Great at taking a photo with a phone and/or camera. Or Willing to learn.

- Ideal for a business or accounting student.

Responsibilities:

-Manage communications/customer services: email, calls, and social media.

-Prospect and qualify new sales leads.

-Content creation & Engagement

-Draft articles for email campaigns

-Graphic design, article writing, and editing.

-Research marketing and sales strategies for business growth

-Office admin support (filing and data entry)

-Help with events

-Conduct research on industry trends and projects

-Assist with the development of the non-profit arm of the business

-Meet with me regularly to create content, visit clients, pick up mail, and do other errands.

Flexible Schedule: 20 hours weekly stipend during 3 months of internship. After 3 months $15 per hour plus bonus & increase based on performance.
